The employer is seeking an experienced Storekeeper and Purchaser.
The role focuses on hydraulic spare parts and heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of spare parts and materials.
- Maintain stock records and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
- Identify and source hydraulic and heavy equipment spare parts based on technical requirements.
- Purchase spare parts, hydraulic components, workshop materials, and consumables from local suppliers.
- Source and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with maintenance, workshop, logistics, and operations teams on spare-part requirements.
- Maintain documentation for purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and stock movements.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
- Maintain supplier relationships in Qatar.
- Identify and store parts correctly to avoid incorrect issuance or duplication.
Preferred Qualifications
- A manual driving license is preferred.
- Qatar market experience in heavy equipment, marine, construction, or industrial companies is preferred.
- A valid QID with transferable visa is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 3,000 per month.
