Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure proper tracking of material movements and inventory transactions.
• Receiving & Issuing Materials Receive materials delivered to site and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect received materials for quality, specifications, and potential damages.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding discrepancies or non-conforming materials.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel and maintain proper documentation.
• Storage Management Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
• Implement suitable storage practices to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.
• Documentation & Reporting Maintain all store-related records, including goods receipt notes, material issue vouchers, stock registers, and inventory reports.
• Update inventory records and ERP systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and inventory records.
• HSE & Compliance Comply with BESIX Group HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials where applicable.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the warehouse and storage areas.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
