What You ll Drive
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to building works, including civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction resources, including site teams, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials.
- Translate project schedules into execution plans and monitor progress, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Contribute to technical deliverables such as method statements, planning, and execution strategies.
- Set clear direction and expectations for construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, standards, and authority requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and commercial teams.
- Resolve technical and execution issues and manage site coordination challenges.
- Support subcontractor selection and oversee their performance and compliance.
- Monitor quantities, productivity, and resource utilization to support cost control.
- Maintain communication with the client and participate in key project and site meetings.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and constraints to the Project Manager.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and life-saving rules.
