**Role Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage spare parts, tools, lubricants, and garage supplies.
The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing parts to technicians, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and safety in the store area.
Key Responsibilities
· **Receive & inspect items**: Handle incoming spare parts, tools, and supplies.
· **Inventory management**: Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
· **Issue parts**: Provide required items to mechanics and technicians.
· **Stock monitoring**: Track levels and prepare purchase requests.
· **Storage & labeling**: Ensure items are properly tagged and organized.
· **Supplier coordination**: Work with procurement for timely deliveries.
· **Periodic checks**: Conduct physical inventory and reconcile records.
Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management (automotive industry preferred).
· Strong knowledge of **inventory software** or manual record-keeping.
· Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
