Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Materials Controller to manage our plant warehouse operations in KIZAD.
This is an active, plant-based role requiring physical presence in the production and storage areas, not a remote or desk-only position.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain absolute accuracy of physical stock levels.
- Issue early warnings for low stock levels.
- Conduct regular periodical physical stock counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Materials Management
- Receive and inspect all incoming raw materials.
- Verify delivery notes against physical items.
- Organize and safely store manufactured materials.
- Implement efficient space utilization in the plant.
Dispatch Preparation
- Pick and pack products based on orders.
- Secure and label packages for transport.
- Ensure goods are fully ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for loading.
