Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and spare parts.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of dewatering equipment, pumps, pipes, fittings, cables, generators, and tools.
- Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or reorder requirements.
- Maintain inventory records using Excel or ERP software.
- Conduct periodic stock checking and inventory audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material movement.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and material usage reports.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment to avoid damages or losses.
- Follow company safety procedures and store management standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in dewatering, construction, or pump rental industry.
- Knowledge of dewatering equipment and spare parts will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and work under pressure.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
