Prime Z Facility Management is seeking a Storekeeper to join its facility management team.
Employment type is full-time; the role is based in Doha, Qatar, and work is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Organize the storage area for easy access and safety.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments and transfers.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Train and supervise junior staff, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage facility.
- Issue materials according to project or maintenance requirements.
- Keep accurate stock records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of storekeeping experience; facility management or construction experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
