The Storekeeper receives, stores, issues, and maintains inventory materials and supplies.
The role supports operational requirements by maintaining accurate stock records, proper storage, and timely material availability.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Store materials in designated locations with appropriate handling and storage conditions; issue supplies against approved requisitions.
- Update inventory records and stock movements in the inventory management system; conduct stock counts and support audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
- Complete and file warehouse documentation accurately; maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in store and warehouse areas.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on material requirements and replenishment.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation and contract
- Salary is QAR 2,800 monthly fixed income.
- Contract duration is 2 months, extendable.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
