We are looking for a reliable and organized **Store/Warehouse Officer** to manage inventory and supplies for our café operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of all café items.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of items in the store.
- Prepare and issue items to café branches as requested.
- Keep accurate inventory records and update stock reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams for stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a **Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or Inventory Clerk** (preferably in F&B or café).
- Knowledgeable in Foodics System (is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to use basic computer systems or Excel for stock tracking.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
