Job Summary
We are looking for a welcoming and professional Female Arabic Hostess to join our café team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm greeting and a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Maintain an organized seating arrangement to optimize service flow
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the café
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the استقبال (reception) area
Requirements
- Arabic nationality or fluent Arabic speaker (required)
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
