The employer is hiring a Store Supervisor for a hypermarket.
The role oversees daily sales-floor operations and retail staff performance.
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary starts from AED 2,500 per month and is negotiable based on experience.
- Working hours are 11 hours per day.
- The schedule provides three days off per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct daily department sales-floor operations.
- Assign floor duties and monitor staff performance.
- Enforce visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor shelf replenishment and merchandise availability.
- Ensure POS barcode and pricing accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Manage exchange and return procedures.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate targets.
- Track staff attendance and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with security on shrinkage prevention and store safety.
- Maintain sales-floor cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous Store Supervisor or similar retail supervisory experience.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and inventory procedures.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and staff issues professionally.
- Ability to work long shifts in a busy retail environment.

- The work location is in person.
