Store Operations Analyst (US - Remote)

Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review store operations databases for accurate reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations under company policies and procedures.
• Assess aged and ageing RGN trends with field teams, investigate discrepancies, and update teams weekly on RGN and credit-flow issues.
• Investigate credit discrepancies with distribution centers, vendors, and the NAPA DCSC team.
• Analyze bad-debt accounts and trends to support collection and root-cause analysis, including Core Account management.
• Review Pcard activity for field compliance and store-level reconciliation; identify anomalies for Loss Prevention.
• Report identified anomalies to Loss Prevention.
• Review cash metrics for store deposit procedures, COD collections, and daily over-and-short activity.
• Provide feedback on the analyst role as store and supply-chain systems and controls evolve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and equivalent work experience are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience is required; NAPA store experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with computer skills, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
