About the role

Act as a Maison ambassador and lead and develop the store team through hands-on leadership.

Own store results, operations, and budget while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop store managers and team leaders to ensure consistent client service.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent, and secure succession plans.
  • Translate business objectives into clear individual and team goals.
  • Create an inclusive, high-performance environment that supports ownership and innovation.
  • Drive store performance using market, client, and commercial insight.
  • Build client loyalty and a client-centric mindset across the store.
  • Provide store insights, recommendations, and feedback based on local market knowledge.

Candidate profile

  • Proven luxury retail management experience and strong people leadership exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, client focus, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with full accountability for business results and operations.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
