Position

Act as an ambassador of the Maison, leading and developing the store team through inspiring, hands-on leadership. The Store Manager is accountable for driving business performance, building sustainable client relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The role holds full responsibility for the store’s results, operations, and budget.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team leaders to ensure their teams consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton promise.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talents while securing succession plans.
  • Translate strategic and business objectives into clear individual and team goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages ownership and innovation.
  • Drive the overall business performance of the store through a strong understanding of the market, clients, and commercial levers.
  • Build a loyal client base and ensure a strong client-centric mindset across the store.
  • Act as the voice of the store by providing insights, recommendations, and feedback based on local market knowledge.

Profile

Proven experience in luxury retail management, with strong people leadership exposure. Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and develop high-performing teams. Strong business acumen with a client-centric mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Comfortable operating with full accountability for business results and operations. Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
