- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand guidelines for displays and presentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align store performance with company goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and luxury retail trends.
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in the UAE.
