The Store Manager will oversee daily online store operations, including monitoring sales performance, managing product listings, and coordinating promotions.
Responsibilities
include supervising virtual store processes, ensuring consistent brand presentation across digital channels, and supporting inventory coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
The role will focus on maintaining high service standards, handling escalated customer issues, and implementing procedures that improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
The Store Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare performance reports, and contribute to strategic decisions that support revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management skills, including oversight of online or physical retail operations and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, team members, and partners in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring risks, following security procedures, and promoting compliance with company policies.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a part-time remote setting.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and retail or e-commerce platforms; familiarity with reporting and analytics is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or store management is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
