Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, stock audits, and replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Monitor gold rates, diamond pricing, and market trends to support pricing decisions and sales planning.
  • Ensure proper display, presentation, and security of all jewellery products in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of stock and customer orders.
  • Manage high-value transactions and ensure compliance with company financial and cash-handling procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate store employees to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and security requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, corporate clients, and repeat customers.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive store performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the store consistently meets company standards for cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Should be open for any location in UAE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery manufacturing processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems, inventory control, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
