Role Description

  • Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and personalized service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including customer engagement, lead generation, sales conversion, billing, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, pricing, and company policies.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
  • Accurately update customer records, sales transactions, and other relevant information in the CRM or sales management system.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates as required by management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of business objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals in a retail or luxury goods environment.
  • Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on relationship building, active listening, and delivering personalized service to diverse client profiles.
  • Business and commercial acumen, including comfort with sales targets, basic financial understanding (margins, discounts, upselling), and reporting.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
  • Organizational skills, such as managing multiple customers at once, maintaining accurate records, and following structured sales processes.
  • Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end consumer products is highly preferred; knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, or certification standards is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail seasons as required.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
