Role Description

Store Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full daily operations of Emirati District, ensuring smooth workflow, strong customer service, accurate stock management, compliance with airport regulations, and high standards of visual merchandising.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating logistics, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment.

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor store readiness including cleanliness, product availability, and display standards.
  • Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and company policies.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise store staff.
  • Assign daily tasks, break schedules, and work rotations.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift performance.
  • Provide training and continuous coaching to staff.
  • Support performance improvement and report HR related issues when needed.
  • Ensure high level of customer service behavior from all staff.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor customer service standards and ensure premium experience.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure staff product knowledge is up to date.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage stock levels and ensure proper replenishment of fast-moving items.
  • Conduct daily/weekly stock checks.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, and report variances.
  • Coordinate with factory team for incoming stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Ensure all displays are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain attractive, organized, and seasonal product displays.
  • Regularly update product placement based on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+years’ experience in retail operations or supervisory role.
  • Experience in luxury retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
  • Ability to work in shift schedules (including weekends/holidays).
  • Team management.
