Role Description

FBMI is seeking a highly creative, visionary, and detail-oriented Creative Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Creative Lead will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall creative vision of the brand, leading rebranding initiatives, developing compelling visual identities, enhancing brand storytelling, and driving product innovation.

The role will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.

Creative / Design Leadership & Brand Responsibility

  • Develop innovative product and gift concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring creativity, functionality, and market appeal.
  • Prepare production ready artwork and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and printing vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Research and develop unique luxury gifting concepts inspired by UAE culture, heritage, and premium market trends.
  • Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement impactful design strategies that reflect FBMI’s positioning in every visual element.
  • Continuously advance the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency, refinement, and creative innovation across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand assets.
  • Drive brand storytelling through outstanding design, setting the standard for visual excellence.
  • Research market trends, materials, and sustainability options for product and packaging innovation.
  • Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and final packaging artwork for production.
  • Translate concepts into creative designs that align with business and marketing goals.
  • Support new product launches through creative direction and packaging development.
  • Lead the rebranding of existing brands within FBMI portfolio.
  • Ensure the final Quality of the Product/ Production.

Marketing / Strategy & Planning

  • Create high-quality visual and written content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Developing annual marketing plan according to the market need and allocate resources on various marketing activities (newspapers, magazines, etc).
  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Managing marketing budgets to control various marketing resources and to ensure they are according to the specific marketing purposes.
  • Managing advertising and on ground activities such as events, product launches, seminars, receptions, etc. to maintain a check and balance on its successful implementation and execution to achieve Marketing objectives.
  • Planning PR activities and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events for uplifting the image of the company and for gaining a competitive advantage.
  • Create multi-channel marketing plans with clear objectives for various segments.
  • Campaign Management, plan, execute, and optimize campaigns from start to finish, overseeing digital, social, content, and paid media.
  • Team Management / Performance & team leadership:
  • Managing day to day marketing operations so that timely decisions can be taken on the most appropriate proposals to meet marketing objectives.
  • Media interviews and point of contact so that accurate information must be given and the company’s reputation can be protected and enhanced.
  • Carry out timely appraisals and file for any critical incidence of records which may be reviewed during annual appraisals
  • Manage, train, and guide marketing teams or external agencies.
  • Review and monitor the implementation of the marketing plan and results achieved on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure leads process is in place with specific monitoring criteria.
  • Ensure active involvement to enhance customer visits to the showroom by facilitating marketing campaigns / promotion activities and devise a tool where the success ratio for such activities may be captured and utilized for further analysis.
  • Work with sales, and senior leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Set KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and report on results.
  • Oversee website, email, and social media marketing.

Market Research

  • To be aware of all market developments and changes and recommend action to meet changing circumstances.
  • Have a clear understanding of competitors in respect of competitive offers and product launches according to the market.
  • Conduct research, analyze consumer trends, and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in graphic design or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Creative & Product Development Experience.
  • Minimum 5 Years within the Creative and Marketing Industry.
  • Experience in Graphic design, digital marketing, content, and data analytics.
  • Ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, design thinking, and luxury storytelling.
