Store Manager role with responsibility for cafe stock and inventory operations.
Experience
- At least two years of F&B experience is required.
Inventory and store operations
- Receive and direct goods and deliveries to the correct point of contact.
- Follow store standards for issuing and receiving stock.
- Count inventory regularly and compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Monitor food-item PAR levels and store food, beverage, and operational stock properly.
- Verify deliveries against agreed purchases, delivery notes, and quantities received.
- Ensure requisitions are signed and requested quantities match quantities issued.
- Complete inventory and supply requisitions, extend daily requisitions, and update the inventory management system.
- Work with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods; track received inventory and complete reports and logs.
- Keep reports and invoices organized and assist Accounts Payable staff with cost discrepancies.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
