Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide accurate wait times, and monitor waiting lists.
- Register and manage reservations.
- Escort guests to dining areas, provide menus, and announce the assigned server's name.
- Greet departing customers and coordinate seating with wait staff.
- Keep the reception area clean and assist guests requiring extra attention.
- Answer incoming calls and customer queries; assist wait staff as needed.
Requirements and skills
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress.
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience managing reservations and demonstrable customer-service skills.
- Excellent communication skills by phone and in person.
- Strong organization and ability to monitor the dining area.
- Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift.
- Arabic is required.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
