• Match staffing resources to customer flow and train and develop teams.
• Oversee store health and safety; interact with customers to understand preferences.
• Manage stock, shrinkage, and waste; assess competitors and suggest improvements.
• Manage order parameters and fulfillment, check incomplete online orders, and support on-time delivery and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good command of conversational English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or 5+ years in retail business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong people and negotiation skills and relationship-building ability.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
