**Job Description:** Store Man (Riyadh Location)
We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Man to join our team in Riyadh.
The Store Man will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet operational goals.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Organize and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of items.
- Issue materials to authorized personnel based on approved requisitions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and manage returns or exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to assist in accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory levels, consumption, and stock movement.
- Operate forklifts or other handling equipment as required, following safety guidelines.
- Assist in training new store staff and promoting a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in storekeeping, inventory control, or related roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate handling equipment, such as forklifts (if applicable).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic operational needs.
