Role overview

Business and team leadership

• Represent brand values and vision with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and monitor action plans for makeup, skincare, and fragrance brands to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the client database and share actionable trend and competitor insights with stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; build succession capability and provide team coaching.
• Foster a fair, positive team environment and transparently document performance improvement plans.

Customer experience and operations

• Develop omnichannel customer experience and use clienteling techniques for VIPs and their preferences.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking.
• Maintain store sales and operating procedures, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Train the team on available customer tools, including clienteling apps, OMS, and WhatsApp Business, as applicable.
• Use historical traffic data to anticipate peak hours and maintain floor coverage.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, retail operations, and HR guidelines; escalate concerns.

What you’ll need

• Extensive experience within a beauty retail store.
• Specialization and passion in skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
• Open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.
