Gift Station Trading is looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and order preparation across company locations.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth warehouse and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory and stock items
- Prepare and arrange customer and branch orders
- Track incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations
- Ensure the warehouse/store is clean and organized
- Assist with loading, packing, and operational tasks when needed
- Report stock shortages or damaged items to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management is preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle physical stock and warehouse tasks
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team

- المسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنظيم المخزون والبضائع
- تجهيز وترتيب طلبات العملاء والفروع
- متابعة حركة دخول وخروج البضائع
- المحافظة على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون والجرد
- التنسيق لنقل البضائع بين الفروع
- المحافظة على نظافة وتنظيم المخزن
- المساعدة في التغليف والتحميل والمهام التشغيلية عند الحاجة
- إبلاغ الإدارة بالنواقص أو البضائع التالفة
- المتطلبات
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في إدارة المخزون أو المخازن
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت جيدة
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأعمال الميدانية والمخزنية
- معرفة أساسية بالحاسب وأنظمة المخزون
- شخصية مسؤولة ودقيقة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
