- Manage purchasing and supplier coordination
- Obtain competitive prices and quality products
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documents
- Follow up on deliveries and shipment schedules
- Maintain supplier records and quotations
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control
- Ensure proper picking, packing, and loading of goods
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO and product handling procedures
- Supervise warehouse staff and workflow
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Prepare stock and warehouse activity reports
