Overview
- Manage daily store operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, stock counts, and inventory control activities.
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with FIFO and FEFO principles for finished goods management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inbound and outbound inventory operations.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes geographically and based on customer delivery time windows.
- Coordinate closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure efficient delivery scheduling and execution.
- Supervise and manage delivery drivers, helpers, and store staff to ensure operational efficiency and discipline.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
- Serve as the central operational coordination point for Dubai operations, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
