Store Assistant

About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Assistant for our Fabrics Store in Jebel Ali, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fabric samples and ensuring accurate tracking of inventory and customer requests.

Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain fabric samples.
• Accurately track inventory levels and requests.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Accurately input fabric information into ERP System and Excel databases.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize fabrics by buyer in the store for easy access.
• Maintain and update balance fabric reports in both ERP system and Excel

Requirements:

• Garment Industry Experience woulld be preferable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in fabric or textile management preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
