This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports daily store operations, inventory handling, internal teams, customers, and dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to project and production teams against approved requests.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system daily.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and safe.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and site teams on material needs.
- Handle delivery notes, GRNs, and store documentation.
- Assist internal teams and customers with locating products and prepare items for dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics to support timely deliveries.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a store assistant or storekeeper; fit-out, signage, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
- Good communication in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
- Available to join immediately or at short notice.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.
- Salary and benefits are offered as per UAE labor law.
