Sales Executive joining the Dubai team to expand the client portfolio and develop business opportunities.
Works with design, engineering, and project teams to develop solutions across signage, retail fixtures, LED, and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify UAE business opportunities and generate leads through networking, research, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders; conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; negotiate within company pricing guidelines.
- Manage the pipeline from enquiry to closure and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities; maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to its market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Experience in signage, retail fixtures, LED, fit-out, interiors, construction, advertising, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proactive lead generation and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, follow up effectively, work independently, and collaborate with technical and project teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, CRM systems, and other business tools.
- UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous; relevant industry experience may also be considered.
