STOCK TAKE ASSISTANT

Overview

• Schedule and execute stock take for all stores and warehouses as per SOP.
• Analyse stock variances, identify reasons for discrepancies, and conduct recounts with final confirmation and sign-off from stores.
• Prepare and process necessary system adjustments after stock take sign-off and variance analysis for applicable stores.
• Check transfer order status in the system (created, pending, duplicated, etc.) and verify posted transfer orders for all countries against soft copies.
• Ensure proper understanding and implementation of system processes and SOPs between warehouse and store operations.
• Supervise and train stock take teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance during stock counting activities.
• Assign counting zones and monitor progress during stock take events to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all stock take procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and store teams before and after stock taking activities.
• Prepare and present detailed stock variance, reconciliation, and analysis reports.
• Use inventory management systems and tools such as barcode scanners and ERP software for accurate stock tracking.
• Monitor and improve stock take processes to increase operational efficiency and minimize errors.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining and providing accurate stock take documentation.
• Assist management in implementing inventory control strategies to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
• Track and monitor negative stocks, stock mismatches, and system discrepancies on a regular basis.
• Monitor refunds and returns for both retail stores and E-commerce operations.
• Conduct surprise stock audits and cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards during warehouse and store stock activities.
