Role Overview

Key Duties

• Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure the accuracy of received and despatched loads.
• Manage the problem pallet area with the Receipt and Despatch Team.
• Accurately amend pickfaces after completing required checks.
• Manage the Hold and Release process.
• Provide stock traceability information for recalls and other requirements.
• Investigate and accurately report all short shipments.
• Complete required daily and weekly reports.
• Manage multi-client and multi-customer queries.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Support handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control, email queries, and samples.

Qualifications

• Previous stock control experience is required.
• A high level of attention to detail is required.
• The role requires effective personal time management to achieve daily targets.
• Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• Excellent communication, investigative, and problem-solving skills are required.
• PC literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Experience of AutoStore WMS is desirable.
