Role Overview
The Stoke-on-Trent transport team is seeking a Driver Debriefer on a full-time permanent basis.
The role provides general administration support to the Transport Department.
Salary
- The salary is £26,921 per annum.
Shift
- The shift is Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 19:30.
Key Duties
- Debrief drivers, check timesheets, and ensure proof of delivery documents are complete and stored.
- Prepare driver wallets, delivery notes, dispatch notes, and related transport paperwork.
- Answer enquiries, download driver cards and tachographs, and communicate ETAs to Customer Services.
- Update transport spreadsheets, depart and complete loads in the TMS, and ensure uplifts are correctly dispatched.
- Track all trailers and maintain accurate transport records.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure are required.
- The role requires workload prioritization, computer literacy with Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently or in a team.
