Responsibilities
- Clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
- Mop and remove waste to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Prepare clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and follow hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report hazards and equipment issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Train and mentor new team members.
