Senior General Mechanic responsible for hotel building equipment maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a shift log of occurrences during the assigned shift.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete required documentation.
- Respond immediately to emergencies such as leaks, fire, and power issues.
- Implement instructions from the Director of Engineering or Duty Foreman.
- Assist with installing new equipment when required.
- Keep the work surroundings clean and protected.
- Adapt to role changes and carry out other reasonable assigned duties; multitask.
