  • Reporting to the production foreman, the incumbent will be responsible for the proper functioning of the cooking equipment on the evening shift at our Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu factory.
  • YOUR DAILY ROLE:
  • Monitor and control the progress of the cooking and cooling stages of the products;
  • Complete a cooking log;
  • Document specific situations that occurred during sterilization (e.g. deviations) and any other anomalies;
  • Ensure the correct dosage of chemicals in the cooling water;
  • YOUR PROFILE:
  • No education and experience required;
  • Ability to remain standing for a long time;
  • Ability to work with computers or automatons;
