Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic STEM Trainer (Coding & Robotics) to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in robotics and programming, along with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring children.
As a STEM Trainer, you will create interactive learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging robotics and coding lessons for children aged 6 years and above
- Conduct hands-on STEM activities, projects, and experiments
- Teach coding concepts using platforms such as Scratch and Python
- Work with robotics platforms including LEGO Spike Prime, Arduino, and similar tools
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates and feedback
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, coding, and STEM education
- Support workshops, competitions, and STEM-related events when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM-related subjects to children
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Scratch and Python
- Knowledge of robotics platforms like LEGO Spike Prime, Arduino, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Passion for education and innovation in STEM learning
