Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a STEM Expert to work on a contract basis.

This role involves applying advanced subject-matter expertise in STEM disciplines to support the development and evaluation of training materials for next-generation AI systems.

Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering.

No prior experience in AI is required—your domain knowledge and critical thinking are the primary assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced subject-matter expertise in STEM fields to support the design and review of curricula, research methodologies, and technical materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and evaluations to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including AI researchers, educators, and engineers, to align deliverables with project objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of instructional design frameworks that enhance the clarity, depth, and pedagogical effectiveness of AI training data.
  • Apply self-management and cross-functional collaboration skills to meet project deadlines and quality standards in a remote work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in one or more STEM disciplines (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics) with demonstrated academic or professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed literature reviews, data analysis, and technical evaluations.
  • Proven instructional design or curriculum development experience, with an emphasis on creating high-quality educational materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a focus on identifying gaps and improving content quality.
