About This Role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate steelworkers and fabricators.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Inspect work for compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction or fabrication.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
