Key Responsibilities
- Supervise steel fixing and reinforcement works on site
- Coordinate workforce deployment and daily site activities
- Ensure steel works are carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety during execution
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams
- Maintain discipline and workflow across site operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Foreman in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of reinforcement and steel fixing activities
- Ability to manage workforce and monitor site execution
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Safety-conscious with practical site experience
