Stakeholder Manager - Rail

Opportunity context

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, management plans, governance and delivery controls.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators and other stakeholders.
• Integrate deliverables with programme, cost, risk, change, information and assurance processes.
• Monitor performance, resolve or escalate issues, and provide reporting and decision support.
• Maintain project records and audit trails; promote collaboration, capability transfer, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions in support of net zero.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
• Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems and governance.
• Professional membership, chartership or specialist certification is preferred where applicable.
• UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous.
