Abu Dhabi
Parsons is hiring Stakeholder Management Team Admin, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks to aid our team ensure conformance with established document procedures.
You will provide administrative and organizational support for a major project or possibly multiple projects.
You will work with the Stakeholder team and assist the lead engineers and/or the project manager/program director.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will also be needed to complete the functions of this role.
Keys to your success will be your ability organize and track documents and related project records.
What You’ll Be Doing”
- Organizing diary
- scheduling internal or external meetings for team members with different departments via phone and emails
- help team members fulfill their requirements and requests and with external clients.
- Coordinate for Conferences, Invitations confirmations and liaising with our clients and government agencies.
• Translation (Arabic / English)
- Preparing draft letters for submission.
**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**
- **Bachelors' degree.**
- Post graduate experience (Not required).
- Able to Deal with authorities within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (**English and Arabic**)
- Have strong communication qualities.
- Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use MS Teams preferable
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders
- **Candidate should be UAE National**.
- Able visit to different authorities (if required).
