Job Title: Director - Stakeholder Management
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a high-profile Chairman's Office within the UAE Government. This is a rare, senior-level opportunity for a seasoned professional to operate at the very center of Abu Dhabi's government leadership ecosystem.
The Stakeholder Manager will serve as the primary orchestrator of the Chairman's external and internal high-level engagements - managing relationships with government leaders, global executives, ministers, and international representatives at the highest level.
What you will do
- Manage the Chairman's full stakeholder portfolio across government entities, private sector leaders, ministers, and international counterparts
- Produce executive-grade briefing documents, talking points, and official correspondence
- Oversee complex engagement scheduling and coordination across competing priorities
- Lead protocol and cross-cultural relationship management with discretion and precision
- Proactively track commitments and ensure robust follow-through across all engagements
- Identify strategic value within existing relationships and surface new opportunities
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in government, diplomatic, or C-suite executive office stakeholder management
- Direct exposure to engagements with CEOs, ministers, and heads of state
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Deep familiarity with the UAE and Abu Dhabi Government landscape
- Strong emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the highest standards of discretion
