The role is described as based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core ERP platform features and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software component integration.
- Build and operate large-scale backend systems and make changes to critical systems without compromising stability.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years building and operating large-scale backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JVM internals, concurrency, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong PostgreSQL and/or Oracle experience in business-critical environments.
- Strong software engineering and system design expertise; experience with cloud solutions and scalable architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, collaborative approach, and commitment to high-quality software.
