The Staff Product Designer will join the Quick Commerce team and help improve customer experiences and non-food product offerings.
The role is part of a global product organization working across regional and international teams.
The designer will work on systems supporting a network spanning more than 500 stores and 1 million SKUs.
Core responsibilities
- Lead design strategy in alignment with product strategy and vision.
- Contribute across the full product development cycle, including innovation, research, and usability testing.
- Propose simple design solutions for products used by partners worldwide.
- Lead newly formed Global Quick Commerce Hub squads.
- Own product lifecycle work for systems designed for global reach.
- Design decision platforms for assortment, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and availability.
- Build intelligence layers that improve Category Management and Store Management operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regional and global markets.
Experience
