We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff LPN to join our team at Oasis at the Conch Republic, a leading Assisted Living Facilities organization. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also promoting a positive and engaging environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and families

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
