Oasis at the Conch Republic, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Activities Director to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in creating a meaningful and engaging experience for our residents. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Facilitate group activities designed to meet the interests and well-being of each resident
  • Encourage activity involvement and track attendance
  • Assist in maintaining activity supplies and ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Provide one-on-one activities and transportation services for residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care and treatment
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA, and Federal Residents' Rights

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in an Activities Department in a Skilled Nursing Facility
