Staff IAM Analyst

The role

IAM operations and program improvement

• Support application onboarding, role definitions, recertification campaigns and end-user IAM requests.
• Improve data quality and role decisions across integrated systems; support entitlement reviews and identity inventory management.
• Enhance IAM for human and non-human identities through platform, process and risk-assessment improvements.
• Analyze access needs, system flows and policies to maintain least-privilege access while balancing user experience.
• Design scalable security processes or technologies and help refine information security policies and standards.
• Help establish governance and technical controls for agentic AI workflows and non-human identities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IAM experience and experience with IAM tools are required.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher is required; Computer Science or Engineering education is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, SOC 2 and data governance is expected.
• Understanding of non-human identities and their information security challenges is expected.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, curiosity, communication and collaboration are important.

Desired technical skills

• Desired experience includes IGA tools such as C1, Saviynt or similar solutions; identity providers; MFA; Zero Trust Access; and PAM.
• Desired familiarity includes Workday or BambooHR integrations, AWS or similar cloud platforms, Okta, Google Workspace and Terraform.
