The Staff Business Analyst is a strategic liaison between IT and stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, procurement, customer operations, and finance.

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and process maps.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
- Plan projects, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and update leadership.
- Analyze processes for standardization, automation, optimization, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Support ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT, resolve issues, and prepare business teams for deployments.
- Facilitate decisions and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience gathering and managing complex business requirements across multiple functions.
- Deep understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and customer operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and business cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions and managing multiple priorities.
Compensation
- Expected base salary is $105,000–$140,000; final salary depends on experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications.
